Kraken builds an AI-driven, innovative platform for energy management. From optimizing resources to delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications, Kraken is powering the next wave of innovation in the energy industry. There are lots of difficult design challenges to solve because the utilities market is complicated, outdated and process-heavy. Strong attention to detail is essential. Experience with Python, Django, HTTP and REST APIs, Celery and async processing and Postgres is helpful. Plus experience in AWS, Terraform, Packer, Consul, React and Redux would be a bonus.
