Opportunity Overview:
- Be part of a small, fast-paced team delivering value for Platform-as-a-Service customers.
- Work directly with clients to design and maintain prior authorization decision automation programs.
What You'll Do:
- Consult clients on decision automation and create detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to enhance platform functionality and meet client needs.
- Analyze authorization data and build dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to inform internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years in client-facing roles with demonstrated expertise in building client relationships and driving satisfaction.
- Understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus SQL and self-service BI tools.
