Senior Clinical Database Programmer (LATAM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery and clear communication.
• Perform project forecasting of hours, resource requirements, and budget management.
• Design, build, and support clinical databases while developing validation documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience with a bachelor's degree and professional English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VBScript).
• Experience with CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM) and clinical database management systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in clinical, scientific, or healthcare discipline, preferably in oncology.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organization and communication.
