As a database architect you will work alongside the larger KinaTrax product development team with a global focus on the continued development of tools aimed at a consistent, high quality, end-to-end data solution for both internal and client facing purposes. You will be tasked with developing data architecture processes to be used for large scale biomechanics/motion capture datasets across a variety of sports platforms.

Advance the reasoning and planning capabilities of large foundation models. Enhance model performance across the entire development lifecycle—including data acquisition, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), reward modelling, and reinforcement learning—while driving innovations in reasoning and decision-making.
