Job Description

This role is a 14-month contract, responsible for keeping marketing and creative work running smoothly across teams. The Marketing Project Manager will work cross-functionally with marketers, designers, writers, and external vendors to keep projects on track and teams aligned. In addition, management of the day-to-day operations behind our creative engine—from timelines and resourcing to file organization and invoicing will be performed. This includes managing project intake, scoping, and scheduling for creative work across design, copy, and production, along with reviewing creative deliverables for accuracy and brand consistency before approvals. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing stakeholders to clarify briefs, align on priorities, and ensure smooth handoffs. Manage numerous Web team initiatives, participate in web sprint planning meetings, and track deliverables, feedback cycles, and versioning for all public content. Also assist in the day to day operations and administration of Auvik’s Shopify store. Maintaining project timelines, resourcing plans, and budgets is a must.
