Donor Procurement Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Comply with OPTN/UNOS requirements for post-transplant documentation of donor and transplant activities.
• Serve as the contact for all potential offers for transplant and coordinate procurement team logistics.
• Obtain, analyze, and report pertinent data regarding potential donors and accepted organs, and maintain transplant database.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or diploma from accredited Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or Paramedic program.
• One year experience as an organ procurement coordinator or clinical experience in critical care or organ procurement/transplant.
• Maintain valid licenses: Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic.
