About Kiwi:

What You'll Do:
- Own the borrowing base process end-to-end: weekly and monthly certificates, eligibility testing, covenant compliance.
- Source and manage lender relationships, including preparing data rooms and fielding diligence.
- Build and maintain core financial models and prepare Board materials.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–15 years in investment banking, private credit, or capital markets; structured finance preferred.
- Hands-on experience with borrowing bases, financial projections, and lender reporting.
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills; bilingual English/Spanish required.
