Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver impactful, purpose-driven sports/professional athlete speaker sessions.
- Design and deliver presentations, customize content, engage with audience Q&A.
- The role(s) are located in the South Central Region is at or near CONUS - Texas.
Qualifications:
- Recognized subject matter expertise, excellent communication, and proven engagement outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; advanced degree preferred depending on topic area.
- 5–10 years of relevant speaking, industry, or subject experience.
Skills Required:
- Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives.
- Public speaking, storytelling, audience engagement, adaptability.
Competencies Required:
- Emotional intelligence, strategic communication, cultural competence.
