Job Description

The Contact Center Specialist Level 1 will provide excellent customer service while responding to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions as well as perform outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information. Essential Job Functions: Analyze and interpret insurance documents and update information to a proprietary computer system. Perform within strict guidelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Be part of a team responsible for overall service level standards. Qualifications: Excellent data entry skills – minimum of 45 WPM Demonstrate essential cognitive skills by passing required assessment. Ability to remain focused with attention to detail for entire shift. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. One-year prior experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred. Previous insurance experience beneficial, especially auto insurance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
