Software Engineer II (Full Stack)

As the Software Engineer for Scout Motor’s digital products organization, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our software products, from concept to deployment. Some of the key products as part of digital portfolio are – order management, customer management, marketing, production, inventory and planning optimization, loyalty, merchandise, servicing and repairs, mobile app, vehicle connectivity, and more. You will work with senior engineers, and cross-functional partners to design the technical underpinnings of the product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full software stack. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both front-end and back-end systems. Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
