About the Role:
- Senior FP&A Analyst owning financial models, cash flow forecasting, and reporting for a multi-entity wildfire defense company.
- Report to VP of Finance and partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow views.
- Own the 13-week cash flow forecast, reconcile to actuals, and improve accuracy.
- Produce KPI dashboards and monthly/quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; 5+ years FP&A experience.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling and demonstrated ownership of a 13-week cash flow forecast.
- Ability to validate model outputs and communicate insights to non-finance audiences.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $110,000 - $135,000 DOE.
