Expert Quality Engineer

Looking for an Expert Quality Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role you will work in an Agile, highly collaborative, cross-functional environment in which we strive to build Quality into every step of the SDLC. Responsibilities include developing automated tests for RESTful web services with JSON requests/responses using a C#-based test framework. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to iteratively improve frameworks, methodologies, and processes for Quality Management, test planning, test execution, and quality reporting. Participating directly in Agile product development, including requirements analysis, requirements-based test planning, and test development, is crucial. Additionally, the role involves performing exploratory manual, functional, and regression testing with root cause analysis on defects and producing clear, concise bug reports. Working with other engineers and customer-facing support teams to identify, log, root-cause, triage, prioritize, and drive resolution of defects and mentoring other members of the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing are also important aspects of the job.
