Job Description
Manage and support a team of product engineers focused on building and expanding Figma’s developer offerings, including Dev Mode, MCP, Code Connect, and more. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work across product, design, engineering, and other functions. Define strategy & roadmap for your team and execute on that roadmap with a high degree of autonomy, velocity, and craftsmanship. Provide hands-on technical leadership to your teams and others that collaborate with your teams to ensure a cohesive product experience and the right technical abstractions. Recruit, mentor and retain high performing engineers (and help with other cross functional roles). You’ll foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and taking calculated risks.
