VBC Data Engineer

The Population Health Analytics team is seeking a Data Engineer to help build an in house application to modernize and centralize Analytics efforts at Privia Health. The Value Based Care (VBC) Data Engineer will work with the Analytics Engineering Director to design, test and implement high quality infrastructure supporting the needs of a diverse group of healthcare analysts, clinicians and stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to develop data solutions enabling faster and more accurate analytics across the data ecosystem. Guide technical decisions to reduce disparate and manual processes while maximizing VBC analytics insights. Learn and implement new technologies as the needs of the team evolve. Contribute high quality well tested and QA’d code. Own application code as a product servicing the broader team. Guide team members on best practices in writing, maintaining and deploying code. Augment technical skills by developing subject matter expertise. Troubleshoot and fix data errors and anomalies. Integrate disparate data assets into a unified framework for development and VBC engagements. Facilitate and contribute to development and maintenance of complex models supporting VBC and analytic efforts. Design and execute KPIs to track performance and accountability of established VBC processes. Other duties as assigned.
