Health and Human Services (HHS) Technology Advisory Services Manager

This role will focus on providing expert guidance and professional consulting services to state and territory government HHS agencies. The HHS Leader will lead performance of organizational and operational assessments, help clients define and execute their vision through the development of roadmaps and programmatic and technology strategies, lead Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) teams, lead IT system planning and procurement projects on behalf of clients, and perform other related HHS program and technology projects. You will support BerryDunn services for clients in state-based HHS disciplines; primarily offering information technology and management consulting type services (e.g., system planning, business process improvement, procurement support, project management, IV&V, etc.). You will also lead and support delivery of services to clients on time and within budget, including assigning and managing staff and creating work products. Contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies for the HHS Practice and have an interest in assuming greater responsibility for the Practice over time.
