THE ROLE:

  • Own design of a practice management area, setting direction across teams.
  • Decide what's worth building and why, balancing user and business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Validate via experiments, prototypes, and build with AI tools.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Strong UI/UX craft, prototyping in code, and experience with Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Lead-level scope: shaped direction across teams and coached designers.
