Director of Product Experience & Design - India

Role:

• Define the experience vision for the JumpCloud platform, working with Product owners to prioritize UI improvements, AI-assisted features, and headless experiences.
• Hold design to outcomes for customers and the business, measuring success through adoption, task success, support volume, and NPS.

What you'll own:

• Core workflows, trust and security flows, adoption and onboarding, and a clear measure of user satisfaction.
• Research practice, design reviews, accessibility standards, and the strategy and governance of the design system.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years in product design with 4+ years leading design managers and multi-disciplinary B2B SaaS teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude or Cursor, advanced Figma fluency, and a strong point of view on AI-driven product experiences.
• Clear communication with senior leaders and a track record of measurable experience improvements.

What you bring:

• Experience designing complex, technical, or security-critical products; identity, security, or IT management is a plus.
• Leadership of distributed teams across time zones, with a portfolio showing problem-to-shipped-outcome case studies including AI use.
