We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher & Designer to lead our user experience efforts across our product portfolio. This hybrid role combines deep user research expertise with strong design skills to create intuitive, efficient experiences for our enterprise clients, including both internal and external users. Reporting to the SVP of Product, this role will shape how users interact with our workflow applications and platform UIs.

As a key member of the SupportLogic design team, you will ensure that all designs are intuitive, on-brand, and data-informed, building innovative product experiences that make people’s work easier and more efficient.
