Category Manager - Infrastructure

Role Summary:

• Responsible for strategic sourcing, category management, and contract oversight across T. Rowe Price's Infrastructure category.
• Manages a complex portfolio of infrastructure spend including data center, cloud, network, and hardware suppliers.
• Partners with business stakeholders to develop category strategies that optimize cost, mitigate risk, and enhance supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes category strategies aligning sourcing initiatives with business priorities and technology roadmaps.
• Leads complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract renewals to drive value and manage risk.
• Conducts market analysis and maintains deep knowledge of infrastructure technology trends and pricing models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Demonstrated experience managing Infrastructure sourcing categories including cloud, data center, and managed services.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technology environments and commercial models, with proven success in supplier negotiations.
