Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive best value supplier selection to achieve year over year savings on over $600M spend across categories like HR, Finance, Tax, Contingent Workforce, Sales, and more.
• Manage sourcing and contracting processes, including evaluating, negotiating, and entering into contracts and renewing relationships with suppliers.
• Identify and implement sourcing industry trends to advance strategic sourcing excellence and strengthen partnerships with business functions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic and operational sourcing and procurement in a high-growth environment.
• Deep knowledge of contract development and legal issues, strong project management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Relevant industry designations like CPP or CPPM preferred; MBA degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay range of $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity and variable/incentive compensation.
