Role Overview:
- Lead GuidePoint Security's central PAM practice, driving strategy, delivery, and technical growth.
- Oversee presales and post-sales services, ensuring client and internal stakeholders receive high-quality, secure outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define service offerings, methodologies, and reference architectures for CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, and emerging PAM platforms.
- Lead complex implementations, migrations, and governance while partnering with IAM, cloud, DevOps, and security teams.
- Mentor and develop PAM architects and consultants, tracking KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Experience Needed:
- 12+ years in cybersecurity/IAM and 7+ years in PAM across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Deep expertise in PAM capabilities like JIT, Zero Standing Privileges, secrets management, and cloud privileged access.
- Strong leadership, consulting, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
