Developer Certification Programme Director - Ascend Technology Platform

Lead the global Ascend Developer Certification Programme, ensuring it aligns with platform capabilities, partner needs, and strategic goals. Design and implement learning paths, in partnership with the L&D team, hands-on training, and support tools that allow partner developers to build, test, and launch solutions on the Ascend platform. Develop role-based certifications and technical assessments that validate partner developer skills. Oversee the creation of technical content, including curriculum, tutorials, documentation, and exam materials, in partnership with our teams and external experts. Cultivate a vibrant developer community through forums, events, and direct engagement. Be a promoter for developer experience across the partner ecosystem.
