Partner with Product Managers to translate product requirements into sprint plans.
Lead development for pods, ensuring teams are aligned and focused on priorities.
Own and maintain production schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience running cross-functional development for consumer digital products.
Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules and resources.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
