Job Description

We are looking for a Team Coordinator responsible for the operational management of a team delivering and maintaining a Kubernetes (K8S) platform for a key client – a Managed Service Provider in Western Europe. Lead the team’s day-to-day operations, balancing platform development and maintenance tasks. Act as the primary escalation point for client teams regarding platform-related topics. Coordinate workload across incident/ticket resolution (via ServiceNow), platform lifecycle management (LCM), and feature development. Manage priorities and resource allocation in alignment with client stakeholders (Product Owners, architects, business). Drive the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of team processes for both development and operations. Provide regular reporting and updates to both the client organization and internal leadership. Promote the team’s achievements and ensure visibility of its impact within the client organization.
