Associate, Tax/Preferred Equity

What you'll do:

• Support the screening, underwriting, structuring, and execution of tax/preferred equity transactions.
• Prepare investment materials, run financial models, and analyze risks and value drivers.

What you bring:

• 2+ years in investment banking, structured finance, renewable energy, or infrastructure investing.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with tax equity structure exposure.
