Software Engineer (Fullstack)

As a Software Engineer (Fullstack) at Tandems, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and shipping high-impact features across our product suite — from frontend user experiences to backend services. You’ll use modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to build faster, smarter, and with higher quality. You will build, test, and deploy new product features end-to-end — from intuitive UI components to performant APIs. You'll leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and explore new ideas, collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA to ship secure, compliant, and delightful user experiences. You will also identify and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and scalability across the stack and help build AI-enabled features within our products by integrating large language models (LLMs) to make user experiences smarter and more personalized.
