Join our team as a Business Development Executive where you’ll help individuals find the right franchise opportunity and guide them through the decision-making process. You’ll speak directly with aspiring entrepreneurs—mostly in Arabic and English—and close deals that change lives. Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline from first contact to final close. Run persuasive virtual meetings and provide strategic consults, identify opportunities and tailor offerings based on prospect needs, track performance, forecast results, and manage your CRM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve outreach efforts.
