You will create value-driven content, spark discussions, and build connections to foster an engaged and active digital community. The ideal candidate is strategic, adaptable, and obsessed with making SaaS feel more human. Responsibilities include community engagement, content creation, brand representation, and data & performance tracking. You will build relationships with shop owners, influencers, and industry leaders. This role requires video storytelling skills, knowledge of social media platforms, and proficiency with design tools like Canva.
