Deliver high-quality, synchronous and asynchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, prescribing, and titrating medication for patients as necessary. Uphold unparalleled clinical patient care through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform. Adhere to Hims and Hers platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training. Conduct ongoing patient care duties, special projects as needed, and additional duties as assigned by their manager and/or clinical leadership. Participate in ongoing training and professional development based on evolving business needs and priorities, and provide care to patients seeking treatment for a variety of conditions. Support protocol reviews, contributing to ongoing improvement of care delivery. Train and conduct quality reviews of Provider and Care Coach interactions. Deliver care for conditions that may involve the use of controlled substances. Complete Health Overview Reconciliation. Perform other responsibilities as needed to support evolving business priorities.
