Snr. UX Designer

The Snr. UX Designer is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and experience associated with the KnowBe4 products. Snr. UX designers transfer the strength and personality of the KnowBe4 brand seamlessly throughout the interface of a product. Responsibilities include taking a leading role in shaping the KnowBe4 flagship product experience strategy alongside Product Management, Engineering, and UX Research, framing the correct problems to solve before designing solutions. They will collaborate closely with UX Research to define problem statements, validate assumptions, and uncover meaningful customer insights. Work closely with engineering teams across multiple geographies to ensure high-quality design implementation, provide support in meeting delivery timelines, and help balance technical feasibility with design intent. Minimum qualifications include a BS or equivalent plus 5 years experience, or MS or equivalent plus 3 years experience. A degree in Design, UX, HCI, or a related field, and 3+ years’ experience in a UX design role within enterprise-level organisations with multiple products are required.
