About the Role:
- Lead treasury functions including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Payments, Risk, and Accounting to optimize financial operations.
- Drive strategic projects to enhance payment processing and risk mitigation.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of treasury experience with deep knowledge of payment types, including ACH, wires, and stable coins.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to model liquidity usage and identify risks.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and influence senior stakeholders.
Compensation & Perks:
- Competitive cash compensation: $140,000-$170,000 (Denver/remote) or $163,000-$202,000 (SF/NY).
- Emphasis on equity-based compensation (RSUs) and comprehensive benefits.
- Hybrid work model with offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York.
