Review, verify, and organize borrower, property, and third-party documentation to ensure complete loan files.
Calculate and validate DSCR metrics, rental income, and cash-flow inputs in accordance with lender guidelines.

Qualifications:

2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience.
Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, underwriting conditions, and closing requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency with wholesale broker portals.
