What you'll do:

• Own a pipeline of homeowner applications and move each one through processing.
• Collect supplemental information from homeowners and place orders with third-party vendors.
• Compile the full application package and complete an initial review for underwriting readiness.

Who you are:

• Outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.
• Comfortable following and improving repeatable processes.

What you'll bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, finance ops, compliance, or similar roles.
• A track record of accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.
• Strong computer and CRM skills, with a preference for Salesforce experience.

• Base salary of $65,000 with performance-based monthly incentives.
