Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads, educate on home equity investments, and manage full pipeline from first call to close.
- Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and other internal teams to ensure efficient homeowner experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining high volume of daily calls.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, technical aptitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to become NMLS licensed; Salesforce experience a plus.
Compensation and Culture:
- On-target compensation of $100,000 with uncapped earning potential and meaningful equity package.
