Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of 15-20 Processors, Supervisors, and Team Leads.
- Monitor the pipeline daily to ensure files move efficiently.
- Develop strategies to improve processes and enhance workflow.
Qualifications:
- Reverse mortgage retail processing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of all State and Federal regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
