Job Description
As the TLM for the Flagship Group, you’ll serve as both a technical lead and an engineering manager, guiding a small team of engineers. You will design and develop scalable client-facing solutions for our top customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving novel product and platform challenges. You will lead technical discovery, architecture, and execution for Flagship products and integrations. Write high-quality, production-level code while setting the standard for engineering excellence. Mentor and manage a small team of engineers (1–3 reports), providing technical stewardship and mentorship. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (PM, Design, Client Services, and QA) to shape project scope and ensure delivery.
