Job Description
As a key driver of our Transformation Office, you will partner with Business Units to advance our strategic transformation agenda. You’ll lead multi-functional global projects through every phase—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring outstanding business outcomes and exceeding customer expectations. In this role, you’ll champion robust support, governance, and standards across all your projects, own and develop the Transformation Office knowledge center, and foster a culture of excellence by sharing best practices throughout the transformation community. Support BU’s on setting PM capabilities. Preparation of regular project and program management deliverables, including Steering Committee material; Flash Reports; Risk & Issue Logs; Program Plan & individual Project Schedules; regular newsletter.
