Job Description
Lead strategic planning processes for growth marketing at Quince (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan), and evaluate organizational tradeoffs in planning to influence decision making. Manage customer acquisition model, daily/monthly by marketing channel budget. Develop and implement marketing operations best practices. Work cross-functionally with finance product, merchandising, engineering & data science to develop key metrics & targets to support profitability goals. Evaluate and execute on strategic projects within Growth Marketing. Option to manage and scale a marketing channel.
