Job Description
The Implementation Project Manager will play a critical role in leading the successful onboarding of the Sonio reporting software to new clients. This role combines project management, customer success, and technical insight to deliver an outstanding client experience from contract signature to go-live and handover.
Client Implementation Leadership & Project Management:
- Own the full implementation process: planning, coordination, timelines, and risk management
- Act as the main client-facing PM during onboarding, aligning expectations on both client and Sonio sides
Product Expertise & Communication:
- Build strong product knowledge across software, clinical use cases, and system architecture
- Translate client needs into clear actions for product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with AMs, product specialists, and solution engineers for smooth delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge communication between clients and internal teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Use technical skills to solve common onboarding issues or escalate when needed
Data-Driven Analysis & Go-Live Readiness: Define key KPIs and analyze usage data to track readiness and success
Customer Success Orientation: Focus on client value, adoption, and satisfaction
