FP&A Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Partner with teams to support financial management of grants.

• Track and analyze spending and funding progress across grant portfolios.

• Provide financial context and analysis for grant-related reporting and audit requests.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Support revenue forecasting and modeling.

• Support the development, monitoring, and refinement of budgets and forecasts.

• Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and presentations for leadership.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial planning.

• Optimize FP&A systems and data workflows.

• Enhance consistency, transparency, and scalability.
