New Member Advocate (Manager Level)

As a Member Advocate, you will serve as an advocate for intended parents and egg donors as they navigate their egg donation journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding them through video, phone, and email. You will also manage relationships with medical providers to coordinate retrievals, including scheduling travel, managing escrow funding, and coordinating screenings. Optimize and build case management best practices and operational procedures. You will also track match progress in our CRM tool, ensuring the documentation for each match is captured seamlessly. Follow industry guidelines as directed by the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
