Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of senior engineers
- Planning the team's sprints and work and executing complex protocol solutions
- High level of autonomy/ownership over your projects
Qualifications:
- Experience with building / contributing to blockchain nodes, especially Ethereum
- At Least 5+ years of experience in Blockchain development
- At Least 3+ years of experience in Golang
Pluses:
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent - Advantage
- Proficient knowledge of designing decentralized P2P networks - Advantage
- Docker / Kubernetes - Advantage
