Senior Director, Product Analytics

The Senior Director of Product Analytics will be responsible for partnering with product and business leaders across the company to uncover impactful insights, scale our analytics capabilities, and shape how decisions are made at every level. This role involves leading a team of ~30 Analysts and Analytics Engineers embedded across vertical business units and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted thought partner to Product and Business Unit leaders, shaping strategy with data, and expanding the focus of the Product Analytics team from product optimization to business optimization. The role also involves mentoring analytics leaders, driving improvements in enablement and documentation, and fostering a culture of analytical rigor and experimentation.
