Job Description
The Integration Lead/Engineer will design and implement integration architectures that connect VA corporate IT systems, leveraging Salesforce, HealthShare Health Connect (HL7), and InterSystems IRIS platforms. They will develop and configure interfaces using HL7 standards to enable healthcare data interoperability between VA systems, ensuring accurate and secure exchange of patient and operational data. The candidate will lead the integration of Salesforce-based solutions with legacy systems and cloud environments, and engineer solutions using InterSystems IRIS to process, store, and integrate complex datasets. They must collaborate with Solution Leads, Data Architects, and DevOps teams to embed integrations into CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows, ensuring compliance with VA security and privacy standards. This position is contingent upon award (Q2/Q3 2025), and may require occasional customer site visits in D.C.
