Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (HI License) - Part Time Evenings Remote

Hazel Health is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Mental Health Therapist licensed in HI to provide virtual, high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling and interventions to K-12 students. Responsibilities include conducting mental health intake assessments, creating treatment plans, collaborating with the care management team, and ensuring timely documentation. Requires a license without restrictions as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in HI and the state of residence, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting. Additional licenses in AL, CO, FL, GA, IA, MA, MD, MO, NV, RI, TX, VA, and/or WA are desirable.
