  • Conduct customer research, client calls, and interviews to uncover operational pain points.
  • Transform insights into product requirements.
  • Launch new pilot programs with retail partners to validate solutions in real-world environments.

Product Strategy:

  • Define product vision and roadmap.
  • Refine customer personas.
  • Identify market opportunities.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and create momentum with our Sales, Operations, Success, Support, Product teams.
  • Ensure smooth rollouts and operations.
  • Master stakeholder relationships across retail operations, loss prevention, store management, and corporate leadership.
