Product Strategy:
- Define product vision and roadmap.
- Refine customer personas.
- Identify market opportunities.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and create momentum with our Sales, Operations, Success, Support, Product teams.
- Ensure smooth rollouts and operations.
- Master stakeholder relationships across retail operations, loss prevention, store management, and corporate leadership.
