Role:
- Own the vision for applied AI across Reddit's business and technical functions.
- Set technical direction and turn ideas into production capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Build AI applications, agents, and workflow automations.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into AI-native workflows.
- Mentor engineers and establish architecture and engineering practices.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years building software, including AI applications or agents.
- Experience with MCP, APIs, and enterprise identity patterns.
- Strong production LLM experience with evals and monitoring.
