Finance & Business Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own recurring invoicing, billing, collections, vendor spend tracking, and maintain operating metrics like ARR and bookings.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and coordinate with external accountants and payroll providers.
• Manage the operational flow from Closed-Won to executed order form, billing setup, and renewal tracking.

Legal & HR Coordination:

• Own legal intake and contract operations, including redline tracking, approvals, and contract repository hygiene.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits invoices, headcount tracking, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.

Business Systems & Operating Cadence:

• Document and improve core business processes across finance, contracts, and leadership reporting.
• Create lightweight systems to make operational status visible and assist in preparing board and investor operating metrics.

What You Bring:

• 6–10+ years in Finance Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Finance, with B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong financial literacy in SaaS billing, ARR, renewals, and collections, plus comfort with commercial contracts like MSAs and DPAs.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with CRM, accounting, and contract management systems, paired with a practical, low-ego startup mindset.
