Associate Settlement Analyst

The Associate Settlement Analyst is responsible for timely validation and accurate reconciliation of trade claims in Lamb Weston ERP system or trade promotion management tool based on established sales contracts in alignment with department SOX controls. In this role you will support all business units and departments enterprise wide overseeing specific strategic customers. It is important that there is a consistent relationship with all customers for ease of processing. Essential duties include execution of trade rebate claims, validation against contracts and promotions, resolution of system errors, and communication with distributors. You will collect backup data, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and work with accounts payable for processing valid claims and uncashed checks. This position also includes coordinating new customer ACH setup and adhering to KPI’s for claim processing, following SOX audit compliance, and maintaining monthly touch points with customers. Other duties will be assigned as needed to support the business.
