You will be the reliable contact person for our customers when it comes to security, authorizations and smooth SAP operation. In close cooperation with your friends instead of colleagues, you ensure that our service quality is not only right - but sets standards. In the SAP security and authorization environment, you will support customers from analysis to implementation to ongoing optimization of their systems. Proactive advice on security and authorization topics is just as much a part of your everyday life as ensuring sustainable compliance. Customer requests are prioritized, solutions are coordinated with internal specialists and service quality and deadlines are always in view - also in personal exchange during regular jour fixes. You build long-term customer relationships.
